Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the WeFeel.Design platform, operated by
patbo network UG (limited liability)

The platform facilitates contact between companies (“clients”) and self-employed designers (“partners”) for design services within the framework of monthly subscription or retainer models.
2.
Role of the platform
WeFeel.Design is neither an agency nor a contractual partner for the commissioned design services. The contractual relationship for the respective service is solely between the company and the executing designer.
WeFeel.Design merely provides the infrastructure and communication framework to enable efficient, fair and transparent collaboration.
3.
Contract term and termination
Unless otherwise agreed in the individual offer, the following applies:
Each design subscription has a minimum term of one (1) month.
It is automatically renewed for another month unless it is cancelled in writing or by email at least 14 days before expiry.
The cancellation can be declared to the designer or the platform.
4.
Payment processing
Invoicing and payment take place directly between the customer and the designer.
WeFeel.Design is not a contracting party and does not accept payments on behalf of designers or clients.
The platform is free of charge for customers unless otherwise agreed upon individually.
5.
Liability and warranty
WeFeel.Design assumes no warranty or liability for the services provided by designers, their quality, adherence to deadlines, or results. Responsibility for content, results, and communication lies solely with the contracting parties (client and designer).
WeFeel.Design strives to provide a reliable, secure, and professional platform.
Liability for the availability, error-free operation or compatibility of external tools or communication services (e.g. Zoom, Slack, Google Drive, Figma, etc.) is excluded.
WeFeel.Design is liable for damages, regardless of the legal basis, only in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, WeFeel.Design is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
6.
Data protection
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy on the website wefeel.design.
Designers and clients are independently responsible for complying with data protection regulations in their collaboration.
7.
Final provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from the use of this platform is Dresden , to the extent permitted by law.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
